Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Educators, Money Managers, and Strategic Partners across Southeast Asia
• Drive new partner acquisition and expand existing relationships to achieve regional revenue targets
• Build and execute business development strategies to increase client acquisition, FTDs, and trading volume
• Negotiate commercial agreements, rebate structures, and partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns, events, and partner initiatives
• Monitor partner performance and analyze trading activity and revenue metrics
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events across Southeast Asia
• Ensure all partnership activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FX/CFD Partnerships, Institutional Sales, or Business Development
• Strong understanding of the FX/CFD industry, including rebates, spreads, and trading products
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner portfolios
• Existing network within the Southeast Asian FX/CFD industry is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
• Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast Asia
• Ability to be based full-time in the Kuala Lumpur office
