Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with a broad range of high-profile cultural figures who support the movement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for talent representatives, principal aides, and managers
• Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement calendar to maximize key moments through Election Day
• Execute tailored proposals that allow partners to engage in ways that align with the campaign’s message
• Monitor outreach from high-profile individuals across campaign inboxes and social media platforms to ensure prompt engagement
• Maintain organized records and tracking documents for outreach, partnership ideas, and finalized deliverables

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in political campaigns, talent relations, or a related field
• Experience working with high-profile individuals, including developing memos, storyboards, and messaging guidance
• Demonstrated strength in communications and the ability to identify relevant voices for tailored content opportunities
• Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
