Responsibilities
- Own and scale Tabs’ fintech partnership strategy with a focus on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across fintech partner organizations.
- Define and execute co-sell and go-to-market motions with fintech partners.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence integration roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Design and launch fintech partner programs, including enablement and joint GTM playbooks.
- Establish and track partner success metrics such as pipeline, revenue contribution, and adoption.
- Support Sales on 0–1 motions by pairing with sellers on early customer cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, primarily owning fintech partnerships in B2B SaaS.
- Deep familiarity with the fintech ecosystem (payments, orchestration, tax, FX, treasury).
- Proven track record of closing and scaling strategic partnerships with revenue ownership.
- Strong product and technical fluency regarding APIs, money movement, and ledgering.
- Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with high ownership.
- Data-driven approach to defining and tracking partner performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at or partnering deeply with platforms like Stripe, Adyen, or Airwallex.
- Experience designing and scaling fintech partner programs.
- Background in high-growth, early-stage B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience contributing to integrated product experiences or platform ecosystems.
