Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Support companies to access Imperial's student and graduate talent pipeline through placements, internships, and graduate roles
• Identify and promote student engagement opportunities such as careers fairs, networking sessions, and student showcases
• Organise and deliver growth-focused events, including sessions on grant writing, IP, and R&D tax credits
• Manage relationships with external partners, including corporates, investors, and government organisations
• Facilitate company access to R&D, prototyping, and clinical facilities across White City and Imperial campuses
• Track introductions, follow-ups, and engagement outcomes to monitor impact

Requirements

• Undergraduate level degree or equivalent
• Experience creating, delivering, and overseeing events
• Experience managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience facilitating links between universities and companies
• Experience working with technology, digital, life science, cleantech, or security companies
• Understanding of the challenges facing scaleup companies
• Knowledge of higher education institutions
