About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through proactive outbound sales activities, including social media DMs, email, and high-volume phone outreach
  • Conduct live demonstrations of the Posh platform, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of event organizers and influencers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to Posh's growth in key markets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or account executive role with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to search, qualify, and close net new business
  • Experience conducting high-volume outbound calls and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong presentation and live demo skills with the ability to engage and convert prospects
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and experience in contract negotiation
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the live events, entertainment, or ticketing industries
  • Background in managing or scaling communities
  • Technical proficiency with prospecting tools such as Clay, RocketReach, or ZoomInfo
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
