About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through proactive outbound sales activities, including social media DMs, email, and high-volume phone outreach
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Posh platform, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of event organizers and influencers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to Posh's growth in key markets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or account executive role with a track record of exceeding targets
- Proven ability to search, qualify, and close net new business
- Experience conducting high-volume outbound calls and managing sales pipelines
- Strong presentation and live demo skills with the ability to engage and convert prospects
- Proficiency with CRM systems and experience in contract negotiation
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the live events, entertainment, or ticketing industries
- Background in managing or scaling communities
- Technical proficiency with prospecting tools such as Clay, RocketReach, or ZoomInfo
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
