About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and sign POS, LOS, and technology partners to expand Truv's reach across the mortgage ecosystem
- Work with Product and Engineering to define and launch integrations that make Truv easy to adopt inside partner platforms
- Build co-marketing and co-selling programs, joint messaging, and enablement campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
- Own partner relationships end-to-end, from initial conversation through launch and ongoing growth
- Partner with Sales to leverage the ecosystem in active deals to unlock partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
- Establish the processes, agreements, and structure for a scalable partnership program from the ground up
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances within fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology
- Deep understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, specifically POS and LOS platforms
- Proven track record of signing and activating partnerships that produce measurable pipeline or revenue
- Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and program-management skills
- Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams on integration-based partnerships
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to build a function from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with mortgage POS/LOS or fintech platform partners
- Familiarity with verification workflows and consumer-permissioned data
- Experience with API/integration-based partnerships and marketplaces
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth company environments
