Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth and expand the business network
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives and target markets
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms for all parties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
• Proactively manage and nurture existing partner relationships through regular communication and performance tracking
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Proven track record in partnership development and management
• Experience managing subscription services, digital content partners, or subscription-based business models
• Deep knowledge of the digital subscriptions ecosystem (streaming, music, gaming, fitness, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of digital brands, OTTs, and marketing strategies
• Degree in Marketing Management and/or Digital Communication
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience with user acquisition planning
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure
