Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across sectors including Retail, Entertainment, FMCG, and F&B
• Support partner onboarding to ensure smooth integration and collaboration with internal teams
• Create and present professional proposals, partnership decks, and tailored business pitches
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage partnership pipelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team on co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives
• Monitor partner performance and satisfaction to ensure long-term success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho or HubSpot and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the SaaS industry
• Background in loyalty programs or the broader tech ecosystem
