Responsibilities

  • Independently own engagement and activation of a portfolio of partners, including regular cadence, referrals accountability, and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute partner-led campaigns and programs end-to-end, including webinars, co-branded initiatives, events, and newsletters
  • Convert warm intros into structured partnerships such as sponsorships, endorsed-vendor status, and member benefits
  • Build and maintain partner enablement resources in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
  • Partner with RevOps to track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Support partner events and conferences through campaign planning and lead management
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support partner-led deals and integrations
  • Represent Avoca in meetings with established business owners and at regional gatherings

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in partnerships, channel, or business development
  • Proven track record of building relationships into signed deals and revenue
  • Experience running high-volume, repeatable relationship motions across many accounts
  • Ability to create playbooks and structure from scratch
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence
  • Ability to work in-office in New York City
