Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including media agencies, content platforms, telecom operators, and advertisers
• Develop partnership strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders as the main point of contact
• Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing models to drive revenue through advertising and subscriptions
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies
• Monitor KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and optimize partnership performance
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify market gaps and support expansion into new segments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within the Media or Telecom industry
• Proven track record of closing and managing strategic deals
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Arabic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with telecom operators, digital publishers, or content platforms
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, content monetization, or subscription models
• An existing professional network within the media or telecom ecosystem
