Responsibilities

• Network Growth: Building new partner and vendor relationships from scratch while also owning and scaling existing relationships.
• Consensus Building: Acting as an expert negotiator who can identify friction points in partnerships and quickly turn them into mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Strategic Execution: Managing the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and contract negotiation through technical integration and long-term maintenance.
• Ruthless Prioritization: Prioritizing the highest impact partnerships and ensuring results.
• Technical Deep Dives: Maintaining an understanding of the product's technical aspects, including how partner data models and integration requirements impact our platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of building partnerships with external parties from scratch
• 3+ years of experience within the healthcare space
• Experience in healthcare interoperability is a significant bonus
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex contracts and vendor SLAs
• Ability to work through hard problems with many constraints using data-informed narratives
• Comfortable taking ambiguous objectives and executing autonomously
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to work from our South Beach office
