Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional partnership projects
• Develop and execute partnership initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Identify and secure partnership opportunities
• Negotiate partnership agreements and support contract execution
• Oversee partnership activation plans and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders
• Align partnership initiatives with marketing campaigns and business priorities
• Measure partnership performance and prepare impact reports
• Manage partnership budgets and monitor return on investment
• Ensure compliance with governance, contractual obligations, and brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4 to 7 years of experience in sponsorship or partnership roles
• Experience supporting partnership negotiations and contract execution
• Experience delivering partnership activations and managing partner relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tracking partnership performance and preparing reports
