Partnerships Intern (Operations & Activation)

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand activations from initial planning through on-site setup and breakdown
• Track deliverables to ensure all partner commitments are fulfilled at each event
• Coordinate with producers across various cities regarding shipments, storage, and setup logistics
• Track deliveries, confirm details, and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Maintain checklists, workflows, and activation documentation
• Assist with post-event reporting and capture key insights to improve future processes

Requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Clear and reliable communicator
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Excited by events, logistics, and behind-the-scenes execution
• Willing to be hands-on and present at events (NYC-based)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting with events, productions, or logistics
• Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets
