About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B partnerships to drive commercial growth
- Manage both outbound prospecting and inbound interest, including RFPs
- Lead commercial negotiations from initial framework through to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of target partners using CRM software
- Own the post-signature onboarding process in partnership with Product and Tech teams
- Track partner performance against commercial margin and booking targets during the early-life period
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to Product and Tech to influence the roadmap
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of winning new business in a B2B commercial environment
- Experience selling commercially complex products involving multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in pipeline management and structured partner acquisition
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a focus on margin quality
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand integration requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Working understanding of API or white-label product distribution
- Experience in travel technology, OTA, metasearch, or travel distribution
- Experience managing the transition of partners from onboarding to account management
- Business fluency in German
