About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B partnerships to drive commercial growth
  • Manage both outbound prospecting and inbound interest, including RFPs
  • Lead commercial negotiations from initial framework through to signed agreement
  • Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of target partners using CRM software
  • Own the post-signature onboarding process in partnership with Product and Tech teams
  • Track partner performance against commercial margin and booking targets during the early-life period
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to Product and Tech to influence the roadmap

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of winning new business in a B2B commercial environment
  • Experience selling commercially complex products involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and structured partner acquisition
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with a focus on margin quality
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand integration requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working understanding of API or white-label product distribution
  • Experience in travel technology, OTA, metasearch, or travel distribution
  • Experience managing the transition of partners from onboarding to account management
  • Business fluency in German
