Partnerships Deal Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive Search and Commerce deals by identifying and advancing partnership opportunities across distribution, content, commerce, and data
• Lead complex commercial structures and negotiate partnership agreements spanning product integrations and distribution
• Own end-to-end deal execution, including partner coordination, internal approvals, and decision-making workstreams
• Shape joint product and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch priority partnerships and unblock dependencies
• Track and communicate impact through success metrics and risk evaluation
• Build and maintain senior partner relationships as a primary point of contact

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or product
• Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex deals involving product integrations and commercial frameworks
• Strong cross-functional experience working with product, engineering, legal, finance, and sales teams
• Experience with search, commerce, marketplace, content, or large-scale consumer platforms
• Strong strategic judgment and effective communication skills for senior-level engagement
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Past experience working at high-growth companies
