Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with EOR resellers, corporate secretarial firms, recruiters, and the PE/VC ecosystem across EMEA
- Drive partner activation by enabling partners to successfully refer clients or resell Payoneer WFM solutions
- Manage and optimize partner referral processes to ensure seamless collaboration and conversion
- Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content partnerships
- Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales and Account Executives to convert partner referrals into revenue-generating deals
- Build and refine scalable operational and commercial frameworks for partner success
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on partner strategy and execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales and strategic business development
- Proven ability to independently build and close partnership deals
- Experience working with financial institutions and navigating risk and compliance considerations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and optimize partner processes
- Excellent relationship management skills with experience engaging founders and senior executives
- Deep understanding of EMEA’s professional services, venture, and tech ecosystems
- Background in fintech or HR tech (preferably EOR)
- Experience in high-growth startups or SME-focused businesses is an advantage
