About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to prospective higher education partners
  • Manage timely follow-up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to convert interest into qualified meetings
  • Conduct research on prospective institutions to understand their priorities and identify key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progression within HubSpot
  • Track outreach results and share insights regarding recurring patterns or common objections with the team
  • Meet activity and qualified-meeting goals through consistent engagement and process management

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience (internships and campus leadership included)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage high volumes of outreach
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by meeting targets and metrics
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in higher education
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
