Partnerships and Alliances Professional

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential partners across MEA, including consulting firms, system integrators, distributors, and cloud hyperscalers.
• Build joint value propositions, sales plays, and go-to-market plans to position software solutions for Tier 1/2 banks, Islamic banks, and digital banks.
• Drive pipeline generation by working closely with partners to source, qualify, and jointly pursue enterprise software opportunities.
• Equip partners with necessary product knowledge, sales training, and pitch materials through collaboration with solution and technology specialists.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, or business development within FinTech or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in the MEA region.
• Deep understanding of the MEA banking landscape and experience closing enterprise software deals in lending or transaction banking.
• Must be currently based in Dubai with valid work authorization.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
