About the role
Responsibilities
- Close deals independently and alongside partners to drive sales success in the DACH market
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with HR and IT consultants to ensure they are empowered to represent Factorial
- Provide consultative sales expertise and guidance to partners to support their success
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide partners with necessary tools and information
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales and B2B partnership management
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
