Partnership Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational backbone of the partnerships function by tracking deliverables and ensuring team alignment
• Liaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product departments regarding partnership-specific topics
• Track timelines across active workstreams and flag potential delays early
• Prepare clear status summaries and progress updates for the Partnerships team
• Monitor ongoing live partner activities, including campaigns, reporting, and tech updates
• Maintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to provide full visibility of in-progress tasks
• Serve as a coordination layer between the Partnerships team and internal stakeholders
• Support partner-facing communication to ensure timely and professional responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools
• Experience with coordination and productivity tools such as spreadsheets and task trackers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with high attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
