Partnership Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational backbone of the partnerships function by tracking deliverables and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Liaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product teams regarding partnership-specific topics.
• Track timelines across active workstreams, from partner launches to ongoing live projects, and flag potential delays.
• Prepare clear status summaries and progress updates for the Partnerships team.
• Monitor ongoing live partner activities, including campaigns, reporting, and tech updates, to surface blockers.
• Maintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to provide full visibility of in-progress and pending tasks.
• Serve as a coordination layer between the Partnerships team and internal stakeholders.
• Support partner-facing communication to ensure timely and professional responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools (spreadsheets, task trackers, shared documents).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to follow through on commitments without constant supervision.
• Comfortable liaising with multiple teams and various levels of seniority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a coordination, operations, or support role is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.
