Partnership Marketing Manager, Creators & Culture

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creator and cultural partners
• Develop and champion creative concepts for culturally resonant moments
• Build and own distribution strategies to amplify partnership content
• Identify and pitch new creator and cultural partnership opportunities
• Track performance across activations using KPIs like impressions, engagement, and referral traffic
• Align with internal marketing, product, and comms teams

Requirements

• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end
• Deep fluency in content trends across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and podcasts
• Strong creative instincts for culturally native activations
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
• Ability to work in ambiguity with a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a creator platform, media company, or talent agency
• Existing relationships in the creator, podcast, or entertainment space
• Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech audiences
• Experience building creator programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch
