Partnership Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the development of partnership and co-op marketing proposals, including program details and timelines
• Assist with partner interactions, data gathering, and asset collection for campaign planning
• Support administration of joint marketing campaigns and track deliverables and milestones
• Assist with account receivable notices and basic campaign financial tracking
• Support post-campaign reporting, proof of performance, and recap materials
• Maintain organized records of partner communications and campaign documentation
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams on partnership initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant business, marketing, communications, or tourism/travel program
• Strong interest in partnership marketing, joint marketing programs, and partner relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative processes
• Ability to work autonomously with guidance from the team
• Interest in working in a KPI-driven, performance-focused organization
