Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing requests and providing regular updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign objectives and maintain seamless workflow
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver insights and recommendations to clients
• Identify and pursue organic sales opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue
• Support the recruitment and retention of talent on the Vamp platform in line with campaign needs
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, financials, and client communications
• Utilize company tools including the Vamp platform, Pipedrive, and Slack to manage projects

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in campaign or project coordination with client management exposure
• Background in media, communications, digital/social media, or event management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data recording, interpretation, and analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
