About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of brand partnership accounts from contract execution through post-event wrap reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and partners, maintaining strong relationships with major consumer and wellness brands
  • Build and maintain partnership decks, proposals, and one-pagers tailored to prospective sponsors
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations for all active partnerships
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with production, content, and community teams to ensure flawless brand integrations
  • Manage the Chief Partnerships Officer's calendar, scheduling, meeting prep, and email correspondence
  • Organize internal files, partnership documentation, and contact databases
  • Coordinate travel logistics, speaking engagements, and event appearances

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, or executive assistance
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for action and meticulous attention to detail
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms
  • Ability to attend early morning Daybreaker events in NYC (including 6 AM starts)
  • Deep alignment with Daybreaker's mission of community, wellness, joy, and sober living

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in event production, experiential marketing, or the wellness/lifestyle industry
  • An existing network in brand marketing or consumer goods
  • Previous experience attending Daybreaker events
