About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, conquer, and develop a network of new referrers (social workers, health managers, town halls, CCAS, clinics, etc.)
  • Achieve annual objectives in terms of business volume and new signed partnerships
  • Retain existing partnerships by proposing adapted solutions and maintaining trust
  • Represent Amelis in your territory and actively contribute to the commercial development of services
  • Organize and manage your activity autonomously with regular reporting to management
  • Update and exploit the internal CRM to track and measure results

Requirements

  • Commercial training or Bac+2 degree in the medico-social sector
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong drive for business development and goal achievement
  • Mastery of sales techniques and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with IT tools
  • Autonomy, rigor, perseverance, and proactive mindset
  • Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
