About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, conquer, and develop a network of new referrers (social workers, health managers, town halls, CCAS, clinics, etc.)
- Achieve annual objectives regarding business volume and new signed partnerships
- Retain existing partnerships by proposing adapted solutions and maintaining trust
- Represent Amelis in your territory and actively contribute to the commercial development of services
- Organize and manage your activity autonomously with regular reporting
- Update and exploit the internal CRM to track and measure results
Requirements
- Commercial training or Bac+2 degree in the medico-social sector
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong interest in business development and goal achievement
- Mastery of sales techniques and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Autonomy, rigor, perseverance, and proactive mindset
- Valid Driver's License (B) is mandatory
