Partnership Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop new partnership formats and strategies focused on revenue generation and business development
• Drive strategic development of immersive brand activations across digital, physical, and content channels
• Support the acquisition process through outreach and prospecting
• Lead pitches and present elevated partnership proposals backed by strategic insights
• Execute partnership deals with end-to-end ownership and primary account management
• Manage operational aspects of activations including logistics, regulations, and on-site execution
• Oversee contract management, financial control, invoicing, and reporting
• Monitor partnership performance and analyze key metrics to measure ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Legal, and Special Events

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or account management
• Proven ability to secure and execute high-impact brand collaborations
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience closing high-value deals
• Expertise in project and account management for complex activations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
