Partnership Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle to join our partner program
• Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR space
• Develop the UK&I market and manage a reseller and distribution network
• Act as the key point of contact for partners, conducting regular meetings, demos, and updates
• Gather partner and client feedback to identify opportunities for channel development
• Upsell additional Factorial products and services based on client needs
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or B2B Sales
• Background in SaaS or digital transformation environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Based in London
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with channel sales, reseller networks, or distribution partners
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or related software industries
• Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
• Experience working with SMBs
