About the role
Responsibilities
- Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle to join our partner program
- Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR space
- Develop the UK&I market and manage a reseller network through distribution partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for several key partners
- Conduct regular meetings, calls, and demos with partners and their clients
- Gather partner feedback to identify opportunities for partnership channel development
- Upsell additional Factorial products and services based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or B2B Sales
- Background in SaaS or digital transformation environments
- Expert English speaking and communication skills
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona
- Hunter mentality with a proactive, persistent approach to business development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with channel sales, reseller networks, or distribution partners
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or related software industries
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- Experience working with SMB customers
