Partnership Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of brand partnerships and experiential marketing activations for CELSIUS® and Alani Nu®
• Manage end-to-end activation logistics including product orders, asset tracking, and vendor communication
• Ensure onsite activations meet brand standards and oversee post-event logistics
• Support shopper marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and Brand Studio
• Manage external partner relationships and maintain strong rapport
• Compile and track KPIs, partnership investment, and performance data
• Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing assets, uniforms, and activation materials

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, experiential, or brand activations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience managing event logistics and working with external vendors
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of the CPG industry and experiential marketing best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe preferred
• Ability to travel up to 15% (including some weekends and nights)
