Partnership Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of brand partnerships and experiential marketing activations for CELSIUS® and Alani Nu®
• Manage end-to-end activation logistics, including product orders, asset tracking, and communication with agencies and staffing partners
• Ensure onsite activations meet brand standards and oversee post-event logistics and recaps
• Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and Brand Studio to ensure execution excellence
• Manage external partner relationships and maintain strong rapport through consistent communication
• Compile and track KPIs, partnership investments, and performance data to optimize future campaigns
• Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing assets, uniforms, and activation materials

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, experiential, or brand activations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience managing event logistics and working with external vendors or partners
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL, five days a week
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (including some nights and weekends)
