Partnership Activations

Responsibilities

• Execute partnership activation deliverables across local, national, and international portfolios including leagues, media, and creators
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Creative, Product Operations, and Legal to optimize activation strategies
• Evaluate partnership campaign performance using internal analytics to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Manage partner relationships, reporting workflows, and deal timelines
• Develop executive-ready materials for leadership and Board presentations
• Identify strategic opportunities by staying ahead of industry trends in sports, media, and gaming

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6+ years of experience in partnership activation, sponsorship marketing, or media partnerships
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth through sponsorship programs
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in performance tracking
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, gaming, fintech, or high-growth technology
• Experience working within regulated industries
• Familiarity with creator or influencer partnership ecosystems
