About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from partners to ensure a seamless collaboration cycle.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners and engage with key stakeholders to align on mutual goals.
  • Develop creative partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives.
  • Engage with C-Suite and VP-level executives to present tailored solutions and negotiate win-win agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track partnership progress and revenue.
  • Support the expansion of the Italian market by identifying new opportunities and positioning Factorial as the leading HR software solution.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of Italian and professional English.
  • 2-3 years of Sales experience specifically in an Account Executive role.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation and closing deals, including delivering impactful product demos.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to managing sales books and achieving quotas.
