About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities originating from partners to ensure a seamless collaboration cycle.
- Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners and engage with key stakeholders to align on mutual goals.
- Develop creative partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives.
- Conduct frequent on-site visits to partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
- Engage with C-Suite and VP-level executives to present tailored solutions and negotiate win-win agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track revenue contribution and partnership progress.
Requirements
- Proficient level of Italian and professional English.
- 3-5 years of sales experience specifically as an Account Executive.
- Proven expertise in negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Strong experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
- Excellent presentation and active listening skills.
