About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from partners to ensure a seamless collaboration cycle.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners and engage with key stakeholders to align on mutual goals.
  • Develop creative partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives.
  • Conduct frequent on-site visits to partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
  • Engage with C-Suite and VP-level executives to present tailored solutions and negotiate win-win agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track partnership progress and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of Italian and professional English.
  • 3-5 years of Sales experience specifically as an Account Executive.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation and closing complex deals.
  • Strong experience in pipeline management and strategic forecasting.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Excellent presentation and active listening skills to build strategic messages.
  • Data-driven approach to managing sales books and achieving quotas.
