Partner Training Specialist

For over 20 years, they have developed comprehensive video management systems used globally to protect schools, hospitals, banks, and retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Produce training courses, certification programs, and testing material for online distribution
• Manage the biweekly partner webinar program (Tech Sessions) as the primary host
• Plan, script, record, and edit product training videos using screen recording and editing software
• Build and maintain SCORM-compliant interactive coursework using authoring tools
• Collect and report on training utilization and effectiveness
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align content with brand standards
• Maintain training and education pages within the Knowledge Base
• Manage recurring partner communications and certification reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of experience in training program management or content development
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and SCORM-based authoring tools
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and webinar platforms like Zoom
• Hands-on experience with video production and screen recording tools (e.g., Camtasia)
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Storyline
• Experience with Skilljar LMS
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Understanding of Video Management Systems (VMS)
