Partner Technical Enablement

Responsibilities

• Launch and evolve technical training tracks, including in-person partner labs
• Upgrade lab infrastructure to simulate real multi-site, multi-stack deployments
• Produce technical video content (Meter Pulse), including scripting and technical validation
• Support marketing with technical content creation to ensure accuracy of product and architecture
• Audit and update technical collateral in the Meter Partner Portal
• Deliver live training for partner SE teams and present at industry conferences

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise networking (designing, deploying, and troubleshooting)
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, switching, routing, wireless, and security
• Proven track record of building high-fidelity technical content (lab guides, LMS modules, recorded demos)
• Experience in a partner-facing or field-facing technical role (SE, TME, or technical trainer)
• Strong presentation skills for both large audiences and one-on-one technical deep dives

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the channel landscape (VARs, MSPs, TSDs, TAs, distis, resellers)
• Experience in instructional design or building multi-stage technical training tracks
