About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ
- Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year
- Develop comprehensive lab guides and maintain hands-on lab environments for training
- Create and maintain technical playbooks for product families including Connect, CX, and Agentic AI
- Manage technical LMS content within Docebo and deliver certification grading
- Instrument event-to-pipeline attribution to measure ROI and training effectiveness
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training
- Hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms
- Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences
- Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification
- Strong project management and executive communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50+% for in-person events
