Partner Technical Architect - Agentforce

Responsibilities

• Prototype quickly to validate ideas, expose platform gaps, and unblock first-of-kind implementation risks.
• Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, and evaluation harnesses for partners to deploy.
• Convert field lessons into reusable assets including code, diagrams, checklists, and architecture guidance.
• Review partner Agentforce architectures for agent design, retrieval strategy, tooling, guardrails, and security.
• Coach Partner FDEs and architects through design clinics, office hours, and technical walkthroughs.
• Translate recurring field blockers into actionable product and engineering feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping or prototyping software, agents, automations, or technical demos.
• Deep experience building with LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong ability to debug agent behavior, including traces, logs, failure modes, and latency issues.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture design, including APIs, data flows, identity, and security.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, or MuleSoft.
• Experience working with system integrators or complex enterprise implementation programs.
• Published technical work such as open-source projects, technical blogs, or architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with consumption economics, agent cost modeling, or TCO.
