About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant and merchant partners to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve partner issues quickly to maintain high service quality
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively across ticket queues and chat/phone channels
- Drive continuous improvement in the partner experience through proactive problem-solving
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer/partner support, account coordination, or operations
- Confident troubleshooting skills and a strong quality mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM, and basic spreadsheets
- Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and local holidays on a rotation
