Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer/partner support, account coordination, or operations
  • Confident troubleshooting skills and a strong quality mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM, and basic spreadsheets
  • Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and local holidays on a rotation
