About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers by resolving queries through phone, chat, and email
- Provide product and service information to educate customers and resolve issues
- Respond promptly to customer questions across multiple channels while meeting quality standards
- Act as a subject matter expert to partner with internal departments and achieve desired outcomes
- Diagnose technical problems at the customer end and identify appropriate solutions
- Exercise independent decision-making to resolve a wide variety of customer issues
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a related customer support or advisor position
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with internal and external customers
- Good composition and typing skills for accurate written responses
- Demonstrable conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and high-energy environment
