Responsibilities

• Define and optimize the French sales and success playbooks for the "Longtail" partner network
• Implement localized onboarding and retention flows to support partner satisfaction and profitability
• Align local priorities with global expansion goals and deliver on KPIs related to network growth and retention
• Establish scalable processes and ways of working to support long-term network sustainability
• Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations with major partners
• Analyze team performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure competitive partner offerings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership
• Experience in high-growth startups, HR-tech, or the fitness industry preferred
• Native-level fluency in French and fluency in English
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset suitable for undefined market environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel
• Proven experience in people management and team development
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to handle complex business negotiations
