Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners across the EuroWest region to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner portfolio
• Proactively manage renewals and monitor partner account health using defined KPIs
• Organize and lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners, including performance reports and action plans
• Provide product support, usage training, and reporting to partner contacts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
• Coordinate internally with Product, Legal, Finance, and Technical Support teams to resolve partner issues
• Manage operational and administrative workstreams for enterprise-scale partnerships, including contract amendments and billing reconciliation
• Support new partner onboarding and implementations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner management
• Experience in Financial Services, SaaS, or Risk/Compliance sectors
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
