Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Support partner-led go-to-market strategy by managing day-to-day engagement with hyperscalers, global system integrators, and channel partners
• Drive pipeline development by identifying and nurturing early-stage opportunities within partner ecosystems
• Manage partner relationships by acting as a primary point of contact for alliance managers and practice leaders
• Coordinate opportunity management by qualifying partner-generated leads and working with Account Executives and Sales Engineers
• Lead partner enablement initiatives, including training sessions and workshops to help partners position Kore.ai solutions
• Execute joint go-to-market activities such as partner events, webinars, and field marketing campaigns
• Support the development and execution of joint partner business plans and track progress against objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA from a premier institute
• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, enterprise sales support, or business development within SaaS, AI, or cloud companies
• Proven experience working with or supporting partner ecosystems including hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft) or system integrators
• Strong interest in building a career in enterprise partnerships and ecosystem sales
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence and pipeline management
