About the role

About the Company

Float Health is building the marketplace for specialty pharmacy. Our mission is to make healthcare safer, easier, and more efficient by moving all care that doesn't need a hospital to the home.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly referral targets for a portfolio of specialty pharmacy accounts
  • Design and execute growth strategies to identify and remove volume barriers
  • Build and maintain relationships with branch managers, Directors of Nursing, and coordination teams
  • Onboard new geographic expansion accounts to drive fast time-to-value
  • Analyze portfolio patterns to create repeatable success motions
  • Maintain accurate account records and relationship history in HubSpot
  • Lead Partnership Experience Meetings (PEM) to review performance and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, BD, and Technology teams
  • Serve as the voice of the partner for product roadmap discussions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in B2B healthcare or SaaS
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or complex clinical services
  • Proven track record of hitting volume or revenue growth targets across 20+ accounts
  • Ability to design growth-driven strategies and measure results
  • Experience onboarding and training users on technical products
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret account-level data and performance gaps
  • Experience carrying a quota or variable compensation tied to growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clinical or operational healthcare stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and analytics platforms like Omni
