About the role

About the Company

Bland AI is a voice AI platform built for enterprises with high-volume, complex call center operations. The platform handles multi-step workflows, authentication logic, and business-rule-based routing, owning the entire voice AI stack including transcription, LLM, and TTS.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical post-sale relationship for a portfolio of partners from onboarding through expansion
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new service partners
  • Ensure partners hit measurable go-live timelines and realize clear ROI
  • Diagnose implementation blockers and partner technical risks
  • Partner with engineers, product, and sales teams to troubleshoot and accelerate resolutions
  • Build partner enablement plans covering technical requirements, KPIs, and value realization
  • Educate partners on best practices and new feature optimization
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and executive briefings
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal cycles

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical customer or partner-facing roles (e.g., Partner Success, TAM, Solutions Architect)
  • Experience owning post-sale success for enterprise partners
  • Strong technical foundation with API and integration fluency (REST, JSON, logs, SQL)
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical blockers and drive escalations
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Willingness to work from San Francisco and travel to partner/customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in voice AI, conversational AI, CPaaS, CCaaS, or contact center software
  • Experience managing accounts in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or insurance
  • Experience supporting renewals, expansion, or commercial post-sales motions
  • Experience building partner success playbooks at a Series A–C startup
  • Experience managing relationships with C-level stakeholders
