Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational connector between the Partner Integration Team and the Growth Partner unit
• Own the day-to-day management of the BPO partner agent team and the Medical Assistant team
• Manage MA scheduling, coverage planning, and capacity alignment across accounts
• Run QA reviews for MA work to monitor task completion and accuracy
• Ensure MAs are onboarded and trained on client-specific workflows and EMR environments
• Build and refine SOPs for the BPO and MA teams to ensure scalability
• Maintain the Partner Portfolio Tracker and Team Workload Tracker
• Act as the Director’s operational right hand to maintain visibility and execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, client success, or implementation management
• Experience managing BPO or vendor teams, including scheduling and QA
• Experience managing or coordinating clinical support staff
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, Modernizing Medicine)
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and BAA requirements
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills between technical and client-facing teams
• Ability to build and maintain operational infrastructure like playbooks and SOPs
• Comfort with AI-enabled workflows and operationalizing AI-driven products

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in specialty medical practice operations (urology, cardiology, etc.)
• Experience at an early- or growth-stage healthcare technology company
• Familiarity with project management tools like Linear, Asana, or Jira
• Professional credentials such as PMP or LSSGB
