Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with French fitness partners to ensure strong engagement and retention
• Manage partner onboarding and ongoing support using Zendesk
• Proactively review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial conditions with partners
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance teams to resolve local issues and booking friction
• Identify at-risk partners and implement creative retention strategies
• Act as a source of market feedback to adapt support workflows for the French market
• Contribute to regional projects to improve commercial tools and partner conditions

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Support
• Native-level fluency in French and fluency in English
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and video interactions
• Ability to handle challenging commercial conversations
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or Excel is a plus
