Partner, Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines aligned to technical and specialized skills by proactively identifying candidates through social media and professional networks
• Source for key roles across the Latin America region to maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline
• Create and craft engaging recruitment communications for prospective candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and support external sourcing efforts
• Maintain and engage with a high-quality pipeline of candidates through various channels
• Support the Sourcing lead in managing relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels
• Act as a first point of contact for hiring managers and recruiters regarding candidate engagement

Requirements

• Exceptional record of sourcing for pharmaceutical profiles
• Proven ability to scan the market to identify key talent profiles
• Strong candidate engagement skills with the ability to keep talent "warm"
• Experience working within a global Centre of Excellence (COE) or Global Business Services environment
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS)
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
